Every year, the event presents an exclusive program featuring:

Workshops for professionals and food enthusiasts

In 2024, Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica featured 73 events in one week, with participants from 7 Mexican states (Baja California, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Querétaro, Quintana Roo) and 7 countries (Argentina, Spain, the United States, France, Japan, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico), attracting over 14,700 attendees.

For its 17th edition in 2025, the event will be held under the theme:
“Connecting Minds, Connecting Souls.”
